I'm emotional...
 

I'm going into hospital tomorrow for an operation on my foot. I'm not anxious about the operation as I've had it done on one foot already.
So I'm not really sure what's wrong with me, I'm just very emotional at the moment, not really sure what's going on. I've busy trying to get organised, I'm so tired, I jst want to sleep, but I need to go and finish getting ready.

I want to cut,I just want rid of all this emotional stuff,but I think they would notice my cuts with all their poking and prodding, so I cant. Oh, I need to cut! I wish I felt better.

I guess I could do with a hug....:sad: :cry:

you have been through this once before so this time you will know what to expect
just take it one step at a time and go to bed early to get plenty of sleep
