I Have An Announcement.. *UPDATED*

...I CAN STAND UP. Some of you may know that I have been in a wheelchair for the past 15 months due to my dissociative disorder. Well I have now stood up with the aid of a zimmer frame and I havent collapsed and had a fit. I've even managed to shuffle a few steps leaning on the frame. I have pulled the muscles in my legs now though but will be seeing my g.p. on monday to talk to her about physio

Also, I havent cut since september last year and am now wearing a '3 months free' bracelet which I got in the shop.

So yeah, I'm really pleased with how im doing so thought I would share it with you all. I've still got a long road to recovery ahead of me but have made a step in the right direction. I'm still expecting some hard times though but hopefully I will get some support through those
