How do put a picture

How do put a picture and or saying under your name? I see alot of people who are able to place a personnal picture next to there name, instead of a pre-selected one. TBH I am not even sure how i got the dog picture. I am really computer illiterate, but i would love to put a picture of my kiddos under my name and be able to update it with a new one when the next set are born. any help would be appreciated. thanks
