Answers? please help
How do you go about getting the answers you need.
I have the resources to access proof of what happened to me, Through medical records and my parents, who are wonderful, and have been destroyed themselves. What do I do i'm so afraid I may stir up a hornets nest. I believe that I need to do this to go forwards. But everytime I think I can do it the words just get stuck. I'm scared to let them know that their 'fixed' child has remembered. Please help I need some advice. |
Obviously I don't know the exact situation, but don't worry about causing some fuss if you're sure this is what you need to move on.
You will never be a 'fixed' child if you leave something important undone. I understand that you want to protect your parents from further upset, but they will understand and help you through this. If they don't think you should go ahead with this then they will talk you through the why's and why nots. Why don't you print this thread and show them? That way you wont have to try and find the right words, and you'll get it all out in the open. Take care xx |
It is okay, and your parents will understand and accept that you've now remembered what happened. Sometimes a fix is just a quick repair so you can go on to some where safe where the work can be done properly.

ok, I found something. I remembered that i had left something, written something, left myself a trail if you like. And I found it.
A book old tattered that I used to read and keep under the bed. I have looked at it many times thinking that there was something about it. Inside the back pages i had written words and then scrubbed them out, They said 'I love kisses'. I remember erasing them after I was attacked. Also on the front cover was a squiggle and all of a sudden I knew what it was, I had written the word sex in a picture doodle, I was 5 years old. I had read the book with one of my attackers and he had drawn on it in pencil, a picture of a willy. I had tried to rub it out but it's still there. I've looked at this book my whole life and how could I have not seen.It is there and there is more elsewhere, my papertrail.oh boy. |
