sent pm's - folder.
 

i'm not sure if i'm being really dense.
but i can't move any of my sent pm's into a separate folder? but i can move my inbox'd pm's into it.
i'm not sure if this is because it's assumed that sent pm's wouldn't want to be saved. but i like some of mine, and it's easier to move them into a folder so i don't accidentally delete them when i'm deleting everything else.

I wanted to do this to but couldn't either, I'm not sure its actually possible, would be handy though I totally agree.

No, it doesn't work, unfortunately. I wanted to do that for some Supporter stuff, and couldn't.

I don't know that you can move them, but you can download them if you really want to keep hold of them and have your own computer.

i know about the downloading thanks amy, it's just nice & tidy to have all my nice pm's in one folder.
but alas! it can not be done.
i will have to live with it.

This is REALLY frustrating me, cos I want to save all the PMs I've sent to people about the three legged race.

Harls, is there any way this could be sorted out? Or not?

Try forwarding the PM to yourself so it's in your inbox and then saving it.

Aidey, if I did that with every PM I want saved, I'd be spending around an hour a day PMing myself.

& they're mass sent PMs too, which means I can't even send myself a copy cos I max out the number of people.

What about downloading them as a text file and then saving them all in word or some such? We (the FAAs) have a thread we save all of ours in so they aren't clogging up our PM boxes, but I suppose the fundraising forum has prolly gone now hasn't it?

Yeah, I don't have access to the board at the moment cos of the big re-arrangement.

I can't download stuff either because I left my external hard-drive at my friend's house & my laptop memory is chocka-block. Literally like half a MB left on it. I really need to sort that out :|
