just wanted to say im about 5months free of self harm. i just finally feel as if iv finally achieved something for once :-D :-D
and im finally feeling happy for a change things are finally starting to look up for me.

i just wanted to say that people you can do it with will power and support you can get through this :D if u ever need someone to talk to im here
