Busy. Full of children and parents. Full of expensive and interesting toys.
It's a while since I've been, but I'm sure it hasn't changed much! :)

It's fantastic.. a childs heaven.. very busy yes but well worth going into. I only went their for my first time like a month ago and I loved it

Its lovely, each floor has different sorts of toys- dolls, sporty toys, and there are people there playing with the toys, they scare me but you get to see how the toys work. I like the magic, and I know my dear friend does to, they also have lots of lots of horribly over priced toys and rare toys like Steiff bears and animals and working toys cars :)
Its magical :)
