k i need to get outta hear b4 i do sumtin stupid!im away out for a walk to try and clear my head a bit but i know it wont work.things dont get betta they just get worse!but anyways i dont make sense so **** it!

Awh hun, im sorry your struggling so much today. Please do something positive like go for a walk or have a bath or listen to some relaxing music. I realise as I am typing this that it sounds cliche and patronising but I am trying to think for you to do to calm you down. k my daughter stays with her mum who lives in the next town from me,ive been trying to arrange to drop off xmas presents since b4 xmas but my calls and texts have been ignored,but earlier tonight i got an answer she said she is busy the next couple days but will get in touch when its ok to drop off said presents for my daughter.just more fu cking games from her,she's not let me see my lil girl all year,its been 14months since i last saw her and it kills me.
im just wanting to drop off her presents,ive not even asked to see my daughter theres no point cause she will just get great pleasure outta saying no,all she wants to do is see my suffer,she is the nastiest person ive eva met and thats the truth.
It rips me up inside not seeing my daughter id do anytin to be in her life but no matter what i do her mother wont let me!!sorry its just winding me up so much i just see red and dont know what to do.anyways thanx for taking the time to hear me.
