achivements or things to feel good about

ive noticed all to often that as people with mental health issues or as people labeled with said issues we tend to only focus on the negative things and out failings so i would like to make this post so that people are able to post their achievements or anything things that make them feel good or give them some hope.

feel free to type away

It makes me feel good and gives me hope when I can stay in work for longer periods of time without becoming too anxious.
It's also made me really proud to be accepted as a member of the TEAM challenge within The Prince's Trust. =)

I think this thread is ace, a really great idea x

I've managed to go si free for three months!!
My boyfriend and I have a great and loving relationship
I've helped a whole tonne of students that the "system" had given up on gain their qualifications.

*pats all on the back*
What a brilliant idea for a thread! Thanks for posting it!

I'm going into school, even though I hate it and it makes me anxious.
I'm doing art in school again (through bribery and corruption =P) after knowing I'll have to sit the exam again.
I'm getting along okay with my new support worker.
I'm seven and a half months SI free.
I've worked hard at my CBT and I've actually got somewhere with it =]
I helped wrap presents!!!

Yeah, okay, overload there...
