he takes 75 mg pills if that helps

Though I have zero experiance with this, it is probably best to take him to the ER, he is unstable mentally, if not physically. Better safe than sorry.
hope things go okay coley |

call 911 or whatever the emergency # is where you are. he definately needs to go to the hospital

Call for emergency and get him to the hospital. Try not to panic. You might get better, more helpful replys if you put a first aid label on this or put it in the first aid forum.
PM a first aid advisor if you still need help or have questions. Angel_dust (sp?) and bitter_angel are two that I know are very helpful. x |
OK firstly you need to calm down and you need to try and make him calm. KEEP HIM AWAKE. That is the most important thing you can do, if he falls asleep he can choke on vomit. Next you need to call an ambulance get it to wherever he is and get him to the hospitle. (Amount edited) pills is bad but its not terrible, he will be okay, you just need to get him to a doctor and let them deal with it. Please dont freak out.

I don't know what country you are in, but call 911 or whatever the emergency number is there, and have an ambulance go and pick him up. He needs to be seen immediately by a hospital to make sure that he is ok. Don't let him take or drink anything else, and keep him awake and try and keep him talking to you.
You need to do this NOW and not wait any longer to try and talk him into going, every minute counts in an OD. Please let us know how it goes. AD First Aid Advisor |
