Didnt know what to do so came on here. Hollyoaks has a new storyline with familial sa. Wasnt execting it and im literally sat here shaking with flashbacks. Dont know what to do, how to cope without sh’ing

I’m so sorry that you didn’t get a reply to this, it sounds like things were very difficult. How are you doing now? Hopefully you’ve found a way to manage with that storyline or are avoiding it for now!
