How are you supposed to heal from past abuse when that’s all you are taught by someone and it all feels deserved………:crying: :crying: :crying:

Have you thought about trying therapy? I know it can be scary but it sounds like you were taught a lot of negative messages and beliefs that are not true. Trauma and abuse do that. Abusers are great manipulators in making people believe they are the issue. No one deserves to be abused.

yeah i tryed but my therapist is full of ****.....

but he was right though im stupid........:crying: everything that he said and did was right.......:crying:

I’m sorry you didn’t find your therapist to be helpful.

He isn’t right. You’re not stupid and someone’s intelligence level is no reason to abuse someone.
