Happy Halloween!

If it's still allowed (lockdown dependent) we have a friend coming over to get a takeaway, play computer games and probably watch Resident Evil.

How about you?

We don't celebrate Halloween now we're all grown up, but I'm looking forward to All Saints tomorrow and All Souls on Monday.

I'm going food shopping, lol. Normally I'd be celebrating with a giant pumpkin display but not this year.

They're Catholic feasts. All Saints we pray to all the saints in Heaven, All Souls we pray for everyone who has died.

A lot of things were cancelled here in NY, but they still had the Jack O'Lantern Blaze event (10k pumpkins used to make art forms etc). The kids will be out soon now that the rain stopped. Some places dont want Halloween because of c'virus but its not a big deal in my area since we got hit the worst last winter and everyone is now down with the protocols.

I watched Hocus Pocus last night and tonight, I am gonna make start on the scream season and not the scary movie crapola.

I caught a twitter page about Irish archaelology and they had an olde Jack- O-Lantern made from a turnip. Its kinda cute/scary
