So I was on this site years ago... When I was a troubled teen... Fast forward I am now nearly 34...,and I've started cutting again!



I'm married have a job a dog... I have everything in life I wanted and still I feel empty...

Hey, sorry to hear you're having a hard time. I'm also someone who started again in their 30s and understand that these feelings don't often make sense. Do you think the positive things in your life can help you through this?

I'm sorry things are difficult for you. Has something happened? You can talk about it here if it would help.

Keep in mind that just as you managed to stop before, you can do it again - and much easier, because you're older and you already know you can.
