Hey Darl,

Okay. It really sounds like you're struggling, can I ask what is going on in your head at the moment? It sounds as though you're overwhelmed and scared, maybe talking about it a bit more will help both you & us figure out what we can do to best help you.

I think writing out what you're feeling is a good idea, even if you don't do it here, maybe in a journal, or some other way you can express yourself - even if it is an artistic way (say, for example, drawing).

There are lots of different ways you can cope when things are overwhelming, have you tried talking to someone about it? Are you urrently speaking to a professional at all? Because that can be really helpful with dealing with what you're going through. Or you could try keeping yourself distracted when things get tough, maybe go play in the RYL Arcade or the Fun and Distractions forum?

I hope you're alright and you can tell us a bit more baout what you're dealing with soon. We're here for you *squishes*

Best Wishes

Hi,

Sorry you're feeling so overwhelmed right now... I second Aimee's suggestion, could you try writing it out or talking to someone about it? Or post telling what's going on, so we can try to help?

Hope you're okay. -hugs-

I'm sorry to hear you're struggling at the moment. I don't know what's going on, but we're always here to listen and help you through it. Talking to someone you trust about what's happening always helps, well I usually feel that anyway. Don't struggle in silence.

Scream-it always works. I'm sorry-I know all to well what it's like to be crowded with thoughts. I'll be honest and say-I've never really managed to struggle through them without breaking down into tears. So my advice is don't delay release, maybe you could watch a really emotional film & let the crying commence? It's worth a shot-it gets something out in a healthy fashion

Hope you're going to be okay.

Hey, sorry about the ridiculously vague nature of this thread. Erm. Yeah. I was a bit on edge last night for various reasons and stuff got the better of me. I'll be reet :)
