Having a Hard Time
 

I started cutting about four years ago. I have been free of SH for about a month, yet the urges these past few days have been the worst they have ever been. I have gotten almost zero sleep, because my mind keeps turning over and over again what I could and "should" do to myself. I'm trying to silence them, but the thoughts are taking over my life. I can't think about anything else.
