The moon
You may or may not, probably not, have wandered about this before, but is it possible for the moon to have a moon.
I looked into it, & technically it is possible. The moon is a satellite of Earth, & Earth is a satellite of the Sun, so the moon is a satellite of a satellite. It's all a lot deeper than that. |
^See kids, this is what weed does to you.
Joking. |
Funnily enough, I look at UK yahoo, & a news headline today was Two Of Uranus' Moons Are On A Collision Course, I thought that's cool, but read further & it's not going to happen until a million years.

That's a long time away. Interesting though.

For the longest time I was convinced that we had 2 moons. Because how come someone I knew in Detroit could see the moon, then I'm over here in London and I can see the moon at the exact same time. How does that even work?
Random. |
This might be a silly question, but for a moon to have a moon it needs it's own gravitational pull right? So whatever circumstances a mass needs to have gravity needs to obtainable by a moon. Is that possible? Sorry if I'm way off on this.

Interesting stuff!
