anybody else like/own rats?

i got my first pair of girls about 3 years ago and currently now have 7 boys :D

I haven't had any in a long time, but when I was a kid my family had pet rats. I love rats!

Pics please! I don't have any but I love their little hands

I have two girls a d I love them dearly. They're PEWs and have snuffly little noses. I love their whiskers. One currently has a big lipstick kiss on her back coz I couldn't wait for my lipstick to dry before kissing her!

Rats are amazing pets. So social and Interactive. They always know what mood I'm in and cone to me when I need cuddles.

We have cats in our home, so we don't have any rats.. But I love rats.

I don't know anyone here in my US area that keeps rats. They are def a UK pet imo. I've always been a bit surprised at their popularity. I guess they are what's called "fancy rats" (vs rat rats lol)?

I have a white hooded male, I saved him from someone who couldn't keep him and he is spoiled rotten plus my kids love him to. It's more so my daughter.

Always wanted some. One of the few animals i think i would manage.
