Risperidone possible side effect
 

I was wondering if anyone else on risperidone had problems with their jaw. Mine seems to drop a lot and get a little stiff, and I can't stop it. My friend and sister have noticed it, so I'm rather embarrassed. I've been on quetiapine before and had limbs and jaw move in a jerky way uncontrollably so I'm not sure if this is a similar thing.
I see my psych next month but I wonder if I'll get taken seriously, what else I can try. I also have the side effect of skipping periods and had bloods tests because of it but no one seems to be clear to me what I should do. I'll need to ask next month, but wondering if any of you can relate or advise me.
