Tried to socialize! Made it maybe 30 minute and I'm in a full blown panic attack.
Sobbing in my room with my puppy and 2 extra anxiety pills

give yourself time to recover and take care. You can get through this. I wish I knew what to suggest. Give yourself time to recuperate.
