Is it safe to stop Trazadone
 

It Gives me a constant Headache.
I am Tired ALL The time.
I cannot wake if I have an anxiety attack in my sleep and they can go on for hours.
When I do wake I am more tired than when I went to bed.
All these things are upsetting and I'm on the minimum dose not even theraputic yet.
There is no chance of seeing yet another psych for at least a month.

You could see your GP to discuss coming off it; hopefully they would be happy to assist if possible, if you explain that you can't see your psych for a while. If not, maybe someone else in your treatment team who you see more regularly could advise you. How long have you been on it? It may be that the side effects calm down after a while.

I got a hold of my CC , he said to reduce then stop it , I cannot really accuratly reduce it as I am already taking half a pill as that's all Boots had in so not sure if I estimate and chop them up with a knife or stop but I'm thinking stop .

If I remember rightly you only started it a few weeks ago? Those symptoms do go after a period of time. It's up to you if you want to stop it, but if you persevere for another month or so you may feel a lot better.
