Seeing my SW
 

Hey everyone

I have got news for you :) I am finally seeing my social worker this week on Wednesday as a few things have been happening the past couple of weeks that I need to sort out.

I have a work capability form to fill out and because of my Dyspraxia and mental health problems my parents are trying to plan for the future, so that things are in place for me for if and when they become too ill, frail or elderly and so they can have a respite.

I am also glad because i have things i need to talk to her about and thankfully someone can help me.
