Which is worse... Paranoid Schizophrenia or Schizoaffective disorder and which has most stigma associated with it? And what is the difference between having schizophrenia with depression and having schizoaffective disorder?

I don't think there is much difference stigma wise. What's more important is the way you are effected.

True friends will accept you regardless of what mh conditions you have. If anyone reacts negatively then they're not worth bothering with.

I don't think it's all that helpful to think about what's worse about those conditions. Even if you are diagnosed with one, it doesn't change who you are. It just gives some symptoms a collective label to make it easier for the doctors to treat you. What's important is that you discover how you manage your symptoms and lead a positive and fulfilling life, utilising the help available to you.

Schizoaffective Disorder has a better prognosis than Schizophrenia. They both still fall under the category of a chronic, enduring and remitting mental illness. Schizoaffective Disorder has a worse prognosis than Bipolar with psychotic features.

I have Schizoaffective Disorder and find it easier when people ask to tell them I have Bipolar.

I am not really sure what you mean when you ask which one is worse?
