I'm new and a bit lonely

Other than my therapist and a few close friends no one knows about my self harm. Not my husband nor my children. I am afraid of my husbands response if he was to find out.

It's like I have lots of friends and work colleagues but no one to talk to regarding self harm.

No one knows about me either except my therapist and my primary care doctor. I thought I had been caught by a good friend - she saw some evidence I had neglected to hide - but she misunderstood what it was. I don't think she guessed the truth at all. I don't plan to tell anyone.
