Anyone doing these at all?

I've just got some pens and fineliners and a few books.

I've bought animal Kingdom
Butterflies
Mindfulness colouring book

Any others you would recommend?

The Cant Sleep Colouring Book is good.

Just looking on Amazon, there are so many being released soon, from all range of genres. Anyway, I digress, I enjoy colouring. It is calming and a really good distraction. Time seems to fly by when I'm colouring.

Hey Ive just started looking into them myself and I found a crazy amount online for free, all you have to do is print them. Hence why Im hitting the public library tomorrow :D I hope they are as soothing as people say! Enjoy :)

So did my sister in law! She even went looking online! I was shocked lol.

As for the *real* adult colouring books, I'm too lazy and hopeless. But glad if they help others.

I love them. I have 4 books including a cat one and I am a art therapy collection subscriber. :-)

I love them, they are such a great distraction

Optimus Pirate 05-10-2015 09:51 PM

I love colouring :)

I've subscribed to the Art Therapy Collection magazines so they come in the post and come with a few pens or pencils each issue. I really like them because they have pictures to colour as well as having tips on mindfulness techniques and stuff which I really enjoy

I like them too. There's also a cool free phone app called Colorfy which is fun and which I like to do in bed when I can't sleep.

Art Therapy Collection sounds fun. I might subscribe *when I have money*. I have one colouring book, called I Love Colouring. It's really nice and hit has pretty swirly pictures of all sorts of cute things, like birds, turtles, flowers, clothes, seashells, plants, and also mandalas. I really like it though I have to admit the colouring gets a little bit compulsive for me, like, when I start, I can't stop until I'm done...

i subscribe to art therapy collection and it's brilliant! it's helped me so much :) i would highly recommend it :)
