This therapy is avaliable to me. It's offered to those who have treatment resistant schizophrenia/psychosis where medication hasn't helped the voices. My psych recommend I have it.

Has anyone had this and can tell me what it's like? If it helped?

I'm hoping it will help with the bad voices.
