I walked in on Homer Simpson peeing in the urinal
 

I was working my new job at a fast food joint last week and was told to check the restrooms, both mens and womens. Since I'm a chick, I wasn't comfortable going into the mens room, even to clean. They told me to just knock in that case. I decided to go into the women's room first, except I've mistaken the men's room for women's room. To add insult to injury, someone was peeing in the urinal as I opened that restroom door. A few feet in front of me! He looked vry much like Homer Simpson!

I quickly closed the door and apologized. Then I bitched to management about the whole thing. They still sent me back to clean restrooms. Help me! They actually thought it was funny!

I think it is totally unnecessary to post about this online. It should be kept private.

I'm intrigued as to how similar to Homer Simpson this man was- Shehurtme, was his skin yellow?! Or was it more his mannerism?

I guess at least you now know which is the men's and can knock next time.

And maybe in the future you will remember to check which toilet it is and knock beforehand so that you don't walk in on anyone else?

To be honest, I don't think most guys mind that much if they are walked in on while peeing. After all, men stand next to each other at urinals all the time.

And I'm afraid that if cleaning restrooms is part of your job you're just going to have to get used to it!

lol his skin wasn't yellow, but he was plump with bald head. In other words, similar physique. I almost actually said "d'oh!" at the sight of him.

idk how men could pee w/o a stall. As a chick, I know all women needs a stall. It's called privacy.

I use the stall. Being pee shy is a thing.

Well duh if your female, of course you're gonna use a stall. I just don't understand men peeing out in the open like that.

Just out of interest and on a tangent to the topic of this thread, if this is how you talk to people face to face, it might be why you struggle to interact with people.
