Chrisis team
 

so my mental health has been going down pretty bad I even started to plan to end my lifeas I just had enough I started stock piling pills and started I have got to go to see the chrisis team what will happen I feel so scared but really don't know how to cope an more feel like im making evry one angry just wanna curl up and never bee seen again :'(

The crisis team are there to give you a bit more support than the cmht while you're going through a tough time.
Why do you feel like you're making everyone angry? I'm sure that's not the case, often when we're not feeling great, our perceptions can change and think that people think the worst of us because we're feeling low. If that makes sense.
Do you know when you're seeing the crisis team? Hope they can help you.

I have to see them tommrow at 4 oclock becsuse I know I am everything it telling me that makig everyone angery and they al want to hurt me that and are plotting to hurt me so much
