Manage to stay a night wasn't for me felt to clinical maybe cuz it was hospital like and Id never been in that setting and I also self harmed there and they try to support not punish like other criis houses by kicking you out its small 6 rooms there was staff to talk any time of night it did help in that I didn't do the

Were you allowed out when you wanted?
Did you have to see the crisis team/dr's?

They have a rule that your not allowed out for the first day and after that they will see alithpugh they can't stop you they can call the doc over if they need to , they will review your stay every 2/3 days and the longest stay is 14 days I was told average is 7/10 days.

How are you feeling about the idea of going in? X

they've moved me on to the waiting list of daleham gardens insteaded. Been there before so kinda pleased.

That's good hopefully it won't be a long wait to get in there x
