Contacting the Supporters at Christmas
 

Hi guys!

With the festive season now in full swing, the Supporters wanted to let you know that we're here, should you need a place to share your feelings, so that you know you have some support available and so that nobody feels alone.

The Supporters aim to provide a non-judgemental and confidential service. Some of the reasons for contacting us are:

• Family trouble
• Relationship difficulties
• Drugs and alcohol
• Abuse and bullying
• Self harm
• Suicidal thoughts

The Supporters can be contacted via email on support@recoveryourlife.com or via LiveHelp, which we are endeavouring to keep online more. We aim to reply to all emails within 24 hours, though at busy times this may be longer.
