I have cut all my legs and I have p.e tomorrow at school and we have to wear shorts or skirt :'( I don't know what to do no one knows about my self harming please help

Do you think you can talk to your PE teacher and ask him if you can wear something longer? I think if you say "I have some scars I'm uncomfortable showing", it would be okay. I used scars because I think cuts would grab their attention and would cause them to investigate, but you are free to use both.
