Mood tracking apps

Hello people :)

I don't use this site at all anymore as I'm recovering and moving on (yay!) but was wondering if anyone could advise me on any apps that they use to track their mood daily?

I have downloaded the one that's intended for bipolar disorder (which I don't have), I think it's called eMoods. But does anyone know of any that you can personalise for each day? There seems to be loads out there and I can't decide!

Thanks in advance x

I use eMoods and find it pretty good. And it outs everything on a graph which is pretty handy.

I use MoodOScope its pretty good but only has 3 mood choices which are happy, meh and sad.it does have a note page where you can note down anything and they are planning to increase the mood choices though which is better :)

I dont really know any sorry but the only thing i can say which may help or not is to write down what ur mood is like everyday in a diary. I know thats not an app its self but actually do u have an diary on ur phone where u can write down how u been on this day and that day?

Would that be a good idea? Ive not heard of apps u can track down for ur mood so i wouldnt know but u could try that if ur stuck on ideas.

Sorry for the advice.

I use moodscope which I quite like as it doesn't require me to pick my mood but uses my response to rate my mood.

I used to use moodtracker.com which I liked as it also recorded anxiety, irritability and how much sleep I was getting but I prefer moodscope for the actual rating of my mood and I'm too lazy to use both.

I now have a little diary where I record my mood scores, med changes and any notable changes - like changes in sleep. It is also easier to take along to appointments rather than having to remember to print off my chart.

I did think also u could use the internet and go onto something like Embarassing Bodies and do quizzes on there to see if u suffer from any of the symptoms like Depression, Aniexty, Autism or OCD. I've been on it before and they give u an honest back to ur test result.

Would this be something u could look at Hobbes?

Thanks for your responses :)

I've been trying to use eMoods but keep forgetting or only doing it when I feel worse. I'm considering buying a journal to note stuff down each day.

I have had severe depression but it's much more mild and infrequent now so I just wanted something to track my mood day-by-day, to keep an eye on it, in a way. But thank you :)

I'm pleased we have been some help :) I'm glad ur doing ok with coping with the whole mood thing and even considering other ways of helping u to track down ur moods everyday which is postive to hear :)

I didn't know that sorry. I wasn't sure if it was bad right now or ok but I'm glad it's not extreme no more which is scary to hear. You seem to have done well in combating ur depression but getting support.

I thought the websites like Embarassing Bodies would be helpful cuz u can also get to duse another way of tracking down ur moods knowing where u stand and how u can get help. Seems like it's already been done and thats good to know :)

Yh I know what u mean. You want an app then an diary but u can I think use a diary over the phone but seeing how ur moods are most days and what they are like on others but proberly an app is alot easier.

I'm here if u wanna talk :)
