Hi I'm new here and just wondered how I do a journal? sounds like a really good idea but don't know where to access it on here?

If you look at the top of the page, on the line under live help, there's 'Control Panel' 'Register' etc, then one 'Members Journals' and when you click on there it gives you the option to create one.

Yes, unless you select to make it "Private". And then I think people on your buddy list can see it.

Im a bit gutted because I did a detailed post here the other day reaching out for advice/ support and no one replied.....xxx didn't know whether or not to return here xxx

I think it's worth sticking around and trying. Sometimes it takes a bit of time for people to respond and depends on the time zones. Sometimes you have to post again and just ask for replies if you're able. But please don't walk away from the site because of that.

Also, you can e-mail the supporters at support@recoveryourlife.com and they can give you support via email, they always reply :)
