I have this short story that was inspired by my struggles to press on and find love in my life. The story involves a road (kinda like a symbolic meaning), weather (also symbolic) and a young man who walks it alone, and finds hardships, but triumphs and friendship that helps him up when he collapses from the exhaustion of it all. Would a story like this be alright for the Creative Corner thread, or the Fun and Distractions thread? If the CC thread, would it be considered a personal piece? and what does the reviews requested label mean? your answers will be appreciated.

The label "reviews requested" means just that. You want someone to read it and give you constructive criticism on making it better.
