Dying hair in hospital

My cousin is in hospital on a section 2, she is begging me to bring her red hair dye in but I'm not sure if she would be allowed to use this on the ward? Does anyone know, thanks.

I was allowed it on the ward I usually end up on. But it may differ between places. I would ring up the ward and just ask them, or speak to one of the senior members of staff when you go visit her.

Some places let me, some places didn't. Best to ask staff on the ward.

Ask the staff first! Though I was allowed to dye my hair when sectioned on a secure ward.
