Can't log in to chat?
 

Hey,

I can't log in to chat, it says authentication failed, each time I try logging in :(

Authentication failed can mean you're clicking on an old URL - the one generated when you click on "enter chat" only works until midnight and if you refresh the page after that it will come up "authentication failed".

Thanks, how do I make a request?

When I click on chat, it says in bold blue ENTER CHAT and when I click on it, I'm redirected to blue page and then it says Authentication Failed.

Ah, then that would be your stars. If you submit a username change request it will be sorted, but Cam is away for a little while.

Ahhh, I'm getting authentication fail now too! No idea, tried incognito too.

Is anyone actually in chat right now?

Can't log on via a dupe or another browser or incognito... is chat broken?

think chat's broken, won't load up for me just says 'authentication failed.'

same thing happened to me yesterday, i dunno what it is:( some people can get in, others can't, mine took 2 hours before letting me in :(

I have just logged in less than half an hour ago, and it was fine.

How long does it take to get the username changed? I've requested for it yesterday. It hasn't changed, yet and I still can't log in to chat. :(

They only happen on Friday night's but the person who does them is away for a little while.

I've been having this problem a lot lately too.

Its Friday today, does it mean I can get username change and get in chat? :( Been a week now :(

The person who does it is still away as far as I am aware, so it probably wont get done today.

She'll be back in a few days but it might be a while for her to catch up on things. :)
