Woe party for broken bones
 

I've been put in a cast today for a broken scaphoid :(
Anybody else got a cast on?

Owh! Get well soon! I hope it heals quickly :)

Not in a cast, but I am on crutches after tearing a tendon in my hip :P

Its black so the dirt doesn't show up/nobody can draw on it :P Because of my course, i have to (pretend to) be professional :]

I could draw on it with a silver/gold marker pen! Or tippex pen!!

Your arms don't half get strong fast! First couple of days were exhausting but I feel like hulk from the waist up at the moment :P

That's no fun! You'll have to tipex stuff onto it the night before you get it taken off :)

just wanted to say i know how it feels, a couple of years ago i managed to break my right leg and my left foot all at the same time (don't ask)
i hope you make a speedy recovery :)

I broke my writing arm twice... in the exact same place, the second time only a couple of weeks after I got my cast off.

Boy was I pissed.

I broke the same toe once every three months for a couple of years. I also once got a hairline fracture on the index finger of my writing hand and didn't notice for a week!

Hope it heals quickly though, broken bones suck!

I feel for you anyway though! *donates sympathy*

I've fractured my ankle before, and then didn't realize there was a problem for three months, by which time I needed surgery and 3 months for it to heal.
