Hi this is my first time using this site, i'm having a hard time understanding how to use it lol but I'm happy to know a site like this exist were there is other people dealing with self harm issues trying to better themselves and have a supportive positive environment

What bit of the site are you having trouble understanding?

Hiya have you clicked on forums? then it will list the different forums you can go into-you could start in the introduction thread and just say hi etc if you haven't already :-) hope it helps you x
