Really nervous, but I'm here.

My name is Elizabeth, I've been slipping further into an ED for the past six months and I've decided that the new year is a good time to start trying to get better and back to who I used to be before.

It's mostly my friend's fault that I'm here and trying, to be honest. But it's something.

I'm sorry to hear that you have been struggling more for the past 6 months, but well done on taking a step towards recovery and I hope we can help you do that.
