Swelling.
 

I had a skin graft last year, which covers the whole of the top of my foot except for my toes. It healed well, but there is quite a thick scar there now and I think it's causing my foot to swell. I am on my feet all day at work, and by the end of the day, this one foot balloons. I've been discharged from all medical services relating to the injury, so there's no one really to ask. Is it worthy getting in contact with someone (GP?) or is it something that I just have to put up with? It's not painful, just uncomfortable.

it could be worth going to your GP about if its uncomfortable.

I would go and see your GP. Do you moisturise it? After my grafts I've always been told to moisturise and that's really helped.

You can ask your GP to refer you back to plastics/the burns unit if you want. I can't remember exactly their name, but there are nurses who specalise in looking after scars from skin grafts/burns.
