Recommend a Book for someone trying to ease back into reading?

Good Omens, by Terry Pratchett and Niel Gaiman. One of the best books ever.

What kind of genre are you into?

I'm not sure what books you like, but John Green's books like Looking For Alaska and Paper Towns are always an easy read.
The Divergent series is also good if you're into dystopian future type of books.
Also, I Am The Messenger by Markus Zusak is very, very good.
