Hallucinations and illusions
Screaming murder inside your head.
Psychiatrists and psychologists
Tell you that you`re better off dead.

Abhorrent personalities confront,
Whispers nurtured and fed.
Intersecting by means of decay,
Demanding vengeance instead.

Reality overwhelmed by delusions,
You dwell in morbid spaces.
Abnormal actions of dismay
Unknown to familiar faces.

You have seen the unspeakable,
Staring into the vacant eyes of madness.
Every emotion set ablaze
Yet to discover the solitary depths of sadness.

I can relate from when I was unwell, luckily for me my schizophrenia is very treatable so I haven't felt this way for a long time. I'm sorry you're still going through it *hugs*
