I took an overdose three days ago and I have reduced urine output. I am worried that I have kidney damage. I have a doctor's appointment in 4 days. Any experiences? should wait the four days or go straight to hospital.

I would go straight to the hospital as you have already identified symptoms. I would err on the side of caution and go to hospital and get your bloods checked.

I agree with the above - plus an OD can build up and damage is often done gradually, so the quicker you can get checked the better :) xx

I'm quite nervous about going. It has been three days, will they take me seriously? and this would be the first time for me going but not first time overdosing

They will take you seriously and you don't need to worry as they are there to help you and that's what they will want .

I'm scared to rock up there. I have heard bad hospital experiences. Does anyone have any experiences that could put me at rest? I could have gone when I was vomiting, the day I took the overdose, but I didn't.

I've been in hospital countless times for overdoses.

Some good experiences, some bad. The bad ones were mainly down to me being an idiot.

All we're going to say is go to hospital. Thats all you can do really

I eventually saw my GP and was asked to go for blood tests. I feel I deserve the consequences of my actions.

Well done for going to your GP and i hope you managed to go for the blood tests and that they came back ok.
