I need a pseudonym! Any suggestions?

Hey there everyone!

Today I got back from a conference and in the car I had a bit of a lightbulb moment where I decided suddenly and desperately that there is a cause I want (in fact, NEED) to work on. I don't feel comfortable going into details here because of triggers and such and trying to keep this a friendly and amusing thread. But the long and short of it is if I DO run a campaign like the one I am planning, I will need to do so under a fake name in case my name is mentioned in the press, at talks etc.

I would like to hear any amusing and/or serious suggestions for this!

One of my friends splits his surname for use as a pseudonym. It's Wilcox, so he goes by the name Will Cox. Though obviously not all surnames are so easily splittable. You could use parts of a middle name as well.

If i ever have to use a false name (happens more often than you think!)

I go for a really common name like Sarah Brown or something. Makes it harder to trace back to you.

Thanks you guys! These are all excelent suggestions XD

I think I should say I am going to be working under an asssumed name in case certain people I know, ie- my family, hear about my work, as that could lead to some VERY awkward situations.

This is actually a very good suggestion. My name is not so easily split up, (Unless I went for first name Claire, last name Rose, but that's a bit too obvious maybe. As is Rose Claire. I shall think about it though!

I really, really like this suggestion. I may make a not of this one, along with a couple of the others suggested, because knowing me, it will be fallen out of my head by the time I get round to doing this in a couple of weeks.
