if you read my past posts ive been mentally abused by my ex...the past couple days my ex left me messages saying we need to talk which is his famous line. ive ignored him and made no contact with him for a month now. i dont get why the last time he saw me and i told him how it was and that i didnt love him anymore wanted nothing to do with him anymore and he is still calling me telling me he needs to talk??? why is he doing this

Have you thought about blocking or changing your number?

He probably is trying to regain control over you. People who mentally abuse other people thrive off of controlling another person. He knows he's losing that with you. You definitely should change your number, block him online, etc. and if he still continues to try and contact you, report it to the police as harassment. You deserve to be free from mental abuse and you're doing the right thing by not giving into him.
