Anxiety
I have the worst anxiety problems. It has caused me to completely over think everything. It has lead to problems in relationships and it recently caused my most relationship to crumble. She told me that when I get myself healthy and stable again we can try out our relationship again and I believe she means that. My anxiety has become a big problem even though I'm on medicine for it. I allow it to get the best of me so reducing it is on me. I just don't know where to start.

Can you tell us some more about how the anxiety is for you?

When my anxiety starts.. My mind starts wandering all over the place. I then start becoming panicked and I start making up scenarios in my head that would crush me emotionally. Along with this my chest gets heavy and I find it somewhat difficult to breathe and I eventually just emotionally breakdown. I'm one of those people who could be married to someone for fifty years but my anxiety would still cause me to think that they are cheating.

Sounds like it's particularly an insecurity thing?

What other situations do you experience it in?

Mostly just relationships.
