Look on your phone for that number of that one person you've not seen or spoken to in a while. The person you've lost track of.
You then text them "I See You."

and wait for them to freak out.
It's even funnier if they haven't kept your number, so they don't know who's texting.

Funny, maybe cruel, but also a good way to get back in touch with a person.

One of my friends did this off an unknown number when we were at the bingo and it really freaked me out! I couldn't concentrate on the game at all.

I love it when people text me and i dont know who it is, you get to play a little game called 'ask probing questions until i figure out who the **** you are' :3 x

Hahahaha that is same as when some friend calls you with changed voice and from unknown number and you keep talking to discover who he is :)
