No Words.

Ok so I don't really have very much to say, therefore don't expect very much back.

Not had a very good day, feel really low now, trying hard not to do anything silly cause I haven't for quite a while now.

Am going to have a cigarette now and try and cheer up but some kind words would be much appreciated.

Thanks.

I'm sorry to hear that.
But I am sure that will go through this, without doing anything stupid. If it should get really bad though, maybe you could call a friend you can talk to? Just try to focus on the positive aspects, I know that this sometimes might be hard, but remeber: There's no shadow without light.

I hope you'll feel better soon.

PS: I'm only a PM away if you need to talk.

I've not really got anyone I can call but thanks for your reply.
I'm trying to distract myself with Disney now so hopefully that will help..

Thank you

Hey lovely,

I am sorry to hear you have had such a rubbish day. I'm really proud of you for trying so hard not to hurt yourself, and also for going such a long time without harming yourself. It must be hard to feel proud of yourself right now but it is a massive achievement.

How is the Disney distraction going?

Sending you lots of hugs and positive vibes,

Lottie xx

Congrats on fighting the urges and trying to distract yourself. I hope that Disney was able to help you feel a little better. :-)

In the future, it might help to have a list of things to try doing when things get rough. Like people you could call (or who might be able to come over even), activities like writing or drawing, favorite movies or TV shows to watch, favorite stores to visit/local places to go, maybe an exercise, etc. That way when you're distressed and may not be able to think as straight, you have the list all laid out for you.
