Empty Stomach Taking Laxative
 

Someone said that it's bad to take an laxative on an empty stomach.
Is that true??

Pills on empty stomach is often bad.
I think you'd be best putting your questions to a doctor Jill, because they will be able to properly answer these questions, when we can't.

Far better to eat carrots or dried apricots, or other such fibrous food. Then you get some nourishment, and a laxative effect. :)
Laxatives are for constipation, not to 'feed' an ED.

No I didn't I was just wondering if it would be bad to.

I ate alot of watermelon last night & now my stomach has been hurting really bad all day today & I feel really bloated :*(

Well you do have ibs, so it could be due to that and watermelon does not agree with you.
