It's symptoms of Schizophrenia combined with marked mood disorder symptoms.
At least, that's the simple version. :)

There are two types - bipolar type (schizophrenia symptoms with bipolar symptoms) and depressive type (schizophrenia symptoms with unipolar depression symptoms.

yes, I have been diagnosed with schioaffective, I was sectioned last year because I wanted to kill people because of what the voices are saying.
